Stellantis/Chrysler ASN with Invalid AETC Code

If Stellantis rejects an ASN due to an invalid or expired AETC, follow these steps to correct and resend it:

Run the ASN Export Audit Report to find the latest batch number.
Run Shipment ASN Export for your shipper using that batch number.
On the Prompts Entry screen, update these fields:
- SCAC Code: VEND
- Trailer No.: Enter the valid AETC provided by Stellantis
- Transportation Mode: PC
- AETC Number: Leave blank
After resending the ASN, notify the Stellantis plant that you submitted it this way so they can adjust the billing for the expedite charge.
