Root Cause:
User Employee record was set up incorrectly:
- Employee set up in the wrong EAM Site
- Employee record Codes Tab Page Planner Responsible Assigned fields not enabled
Solution:
Below are the support associate instructions on how to correct the employee records
Navigation:

Employee Maintenance Option

1. Find SRF to see what Site the Employee record should be set up in

a. Employee was accidently created in SysAdm Default Site 0800
i. Contact ERP Support if employee record not set up in 0800
ii. Employee may have moved from one Site to another
iii. If user needs to be visible in both sites Follow established standardized
naming convention for the non-primary site employee records on Page 2 of
WI-EAM-ADM-105-EN Adding Employee Records
iv. Skip to step c
b. Delete Employee from Site 0800
i. Contact ERP Support if you receive this error message
ii. Transactions exist for employee record in Site 0800
c. Recreate Employee record in SRF Site
d. Ask User to confirm they can find the Employee in the Lookup table
2. Find SRF review which Employee Codes Tab fields to enable

a. Select Employee Codes Tab Page

i. Select Modify
- Enable Planner? field by switching No to YES
- Enable Resp? field by switching No to YES
- Enable Assigned? field by switching No to YES
ii. Select Save
iii. Select Exit
b. Ask User to confirm they can see Employee in Lookup table
