Resend an Advance Ship Notice (ASN) from QAD to Customer
If you are looking to resend an ASN, try using Shipment ASN Export first. In this case, we’re trying to resend ASN 70011744. Enter the shipper number and site in the ranges below.

Check the output of the run to make sure something exported. If you see a report with details about your shipper, great! You are done.
On the other hand, you might get a case like this, where it says nothing exported.

In that case, run ASN Export Audit Report:


Use the batch number (above, it’s 1774241) and run Shipment ASN Export again. Be sure to type that batch number in the yellow highlighted area:

This time you should get an export, like shown below. If you are still having issues, please contact the helpdesk.
